I've never understood why tobacco is legal when marijuana isn't. Tobacco is just as, if not more, deadly.

Yeah, it's weird - tobacco is waaaay worse for you. So is alcohol. Yet they are both legal when a lot of illegal things honestly mess you up a lot less.
