Writer's Block: Wait, that's not how it happened

If there's any question:
Me = guy with white head.
Producer/director/scriptwriter = guy with dark head, being pwned.

That is all, thank you.

Edit: I may be exaggerating slightly, but some of the liberties films take with original material are so far-fetched they destroy the essence of the story. The film industry could save me a lot of rage if they would simply retitle these things and market them as their own distinct work.

Oh I totally agree, though I'm somewhat shocked by your sudden burst of violence.

It's pent-up anger waiting to be released on my son-of-a-bitch old computer. Once I salvage what I can from the hard drive (or determine that nothing can be salvaged), reenacting that little animation above on it is only Step 1 of my revenge.

I'm not surprised, mt own reaction is much like XiaoXiao if I entered a producer's building :P
I've made it a goal all my life NOT to destroy original material like they do.

Ugh. I saw that writer's block and said to myself, "Too easy." I think there's only one film version of a book I liked better, and that's only because I thought the book was pretty poorly written. Otherwise, I usually come out of a theater cursing.

Muahahaha, seconded!

Lol, am I the only one who comes out of a theater thinking, Hm, it was interesting to see what that director thought of it? I mean, there are some pretty bad ones, for sure, but those a bad on their own merits, not simply because they deviate from the original script. I do think that if it deviates a ridiculous amount (like not just interpretation but actual plot lines and such), then they ought to atleast change the title a bit or something, to suggest they aren't attempting to tell the same story, just a story based off of or inspired by that one.
