Usually I legit laugh. Seriously. I find puns-- which most people find corny-- to be mildly funny, and also the earnest, I-know-you're-gonna-roll-your-eyes-at-this-one! delivery most people have for their corny jokes is funny in its own right.
My mom has always told corny jokes, and even when I do roll my eyes I can't help but laugh at the same time. Teachers who habitually told knee-slappers always liked me because I would laugh-- they thought I was just being polite, but then at parent-teacher conferences my mom would be like, "Well, she grew up in a house with me . . . "
Honestly, I get more annoyed with people who get all bent out of shape about corny jokes. It's one thing to roll your eyes or just not laugh, but to be actively annoyed or even pissed off because someone tells an unfunny joke? Why? It lasts all of three seconds and you can ignore it.
