Opening Credits:
"Wherever I May Roam" cover by Apocalyptica.
Waking Up:
"Before the Dawn" by Evanescence. (Ha ha, title-wise that's hilarious, and totally untrue-- would have been good for high school, God knows!-- but it's also sort of ironically depressing considering the lyrics).
First Day At School:
"Simple Man" by Lynard Skynyrd. (Implying I'm dumb? Lol . . . no . . . )
Falling In Love:
9th Symphony (From the New World), 2nd Movement by Antonin Dvorak. (Sweet, though this sort of just makes me want to go the Aladdin "A Whole New World" route, which is more overtly romantic O.o . . . ).
Fight Song:
"You'll Never Know" cover by The Royal Memorial Orchestra. (Sounds pretty accurate, actually; even while fighting I'd be more spazzing about being sad for losing someone than actually getting angry at them or whatever . . . ).
Breaking Up:
"Classical Gas" by Eric Clapton.
Prom:
"Just A Girl" by No Doubt. (Prom was so not even worth putting on the soundtrack of my life. Seriously. Maybe there's some symbolism for this song in me being pissed off just because I'm an American teenage girl that I'm *supposed* to consider prom a big deal!).
Life:
"Barbossa Is Hungry" from Pirates of the Caribbean. (Yes, the purpose of my life: A pirate dude wants a fucking snack already!).
Mental Breakdown:
"Ride of the Valkyries" by Richard Wagner. (Did he have a mental breakdown? I feel like a lot of his type did. This is a pretty good OMG I HAVE INNER DEMONS TORMENTING ME song, though; I'll give us that . . . )
Driving:
"You'd Be So Nice To Come Home To" cover by The Royal Memorial Orchestra. (Once again, is "driving" really worth mentioning in the full course of my lifetime? Perhaps I drive across vast distances to my lover, or something. That would be profound, for me, considering I don't do the driving thing.)
Flashback:
"China Roses" by Enya. (Enya is good for happy-little-kid flashbacks, I think. Very nostalgic).
Getting back together:
"Day Late Friend" by Anderlin. (Wow-- this song could be an immensely appropriate song for this, but first off implies we never were truly together in the first place, and doesn't really bode well for the future of the relationship /-:).
Wedding:
"Destiny's Path" from Memoirs of a Geisha by John Williams. (I'll take it; that's appropriate!).
Birth of a child:
"Guero" by Beck.
Final Battle:
"Davy Jones" from Pirates of the Caribbean. (Aww, do I really get to be the lost-at-love keeper-of-hell octopus? Yes!!! Now, is it just me, or does my computer's *shuffle* like to actually not make things so random? So much of the same artists, out of over 1000 songs!)
Death Scene:
"L'estro Armonico #8" from The Scarlet Priest by Antonio Vivaldi. (Good, oldschool dark piece; works for death . . . ).
Funeral Song:
"Mother" from The Wall by Pink Floyd. (Weird . . . )
Ending Credits:
"Walking in Memphis" by Mark Cohn. (LOL . . . random . . . )
