Painted Look-Alikes
Mar. 29th, 2007 08:03 pmNow, I've already claimed Windflowers as my painting, in a way, because it looks uncannily like me. Yet I wanted to fish around with more art (most by the same guy, because John William Waterhouse is amazing), and search . (Also, Joe said that Windflowers was "an unflattering angle of a good-looking person" O.o)

This is me. ( . . . and I really need to check out the site I yoinked this from: ladiesagainstfeminism.com. Brief overview shows segments about "Biblical Womanhood and Christian Living," and "Femininity and Modesty." Interesting . . . )

. . . so then I guess this is me when I'm depressed, or more mature, I guess, because it's like the exact same pose and the exact same place, just . . . blue . . . in all manners of the word . . .

. . . and this is me being vain. I've got the same dress on as in Windflowers, practically. Dude I wish I had that kind of hair! O.o . . .

Lisa and I picking flowers!
Then I tried some "Three Muses" themed stuff to suit Nichole, Kristina, and I:

Waterhouse did do a Three Muses picture. It's too bad this is so small; I'd tag it on Facebook under my Art album section. Nik gets to moon everyone. I look like a Native American.

I want to be the one with the cat on my face. (Is the cat supposed to be there?). Wouldn't it be nice if that was the standard of beauty we had to live up to in our society?

Now, here's a production: Beth, Lisa, Linda, Molly, me, Keith, and Joe. (Joe and Keith actually at some point volunteered ^_^). In the back . . . Patricia and somebody, perhaps? So random, yes, I know. Still, it's fun.
Gah, I can have fun with art, but I am in such a terrible mood.

But, come on, would really want to be left out of the amazingness that is that picture? Those are some hot tights . . .
