Snow and Crazy Songs

tabular_rasaI am so not inspired for Valentine's Day. I don't have Valentines for anybody.
Maybe I'll give Mary, the cashier I always go to at Mallinkrodt who's always so nice and says I'm her best friend, some of the chocolate I got from Grama.
In other news, snow got vomited all over St. Louis. It started off raining, so the ground is sodden beneath the snow, now, and it's turned into a heavy, heavy snow-- the kind so close to rain it's still wet when it hits you-- with plenty of wind. There's at least an inch of snow on the ground, right now. The craziest part is that the snowflakes-- normally I don't really even notice them, to notice their shape, etc-- are not snow flakes-- they're snow lines: Seriously, they're long and thin, like iron filings turned white. It's weird.
This song, "A Night's Tryst With A Fairy" by Rameau, is pretty, and ethereal, but it's also totally the Inspector Gadget theme . . . on like a glass harmonica, or something, lol . . . That's just crazy. Sort of like Saint-Saen's 3rd Symphony being the song from Babe.

I would have guessed Piglet. I always related to Piglet. He was always my favorite, even if I did think he was a girl until I was about seven. This does make sense, though.
