Weird Dream
Nov. 20th, 2005 10:51 amCHECK IT OUT IT'S LISA AND ME IN SOME PERSON'S DEVIANTART FORM!!!
Lol . . .
Note to the world: Don't watch two emotionally-stirring epic movies featuring Ralph Fiennes several nights in a row. Things can get weird and kooky.
For instance, after watching Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire twice in 24 hours, and then Shindler's List (yes, for the first time) last night, I had a very weird dream. It involved being back home, but, oddly, it was on campus (the fusing of the homes?) because I could go back and forth very easily.
Anyway, Lord Voldemort was out to murder the Jews. I mean, if you couldn't see that one coming . . .
He was also out to murder other people, apparently, because Severus Snape showed up in my backyard and murdered the guy who will play Peter in the Chronicles of Narnia movie (heh, yet another cinematic reference), who fell down into the floodwater from the dream of last night,* which was apparently still there (odd continuities, lol), and looked oddly like Cedric when dead-- at least his facial expression. That wasn't enough for Snape, though, and so he randomly decided to hack at Patricia with a rather not-pointy-or-sharp dagger.
(Why do keep having these such terrible dreams about my Wash U friends systematically having terrible things happen to them? Patricia got stabbed, and a few nights ago I had a dream about Keith being randomly paralyzed, and, last night, everyone from all of D2 sat downstairs in Olin Library as it randomly flooded*-- severely-- and apparently were drowned as I ran upstairs to get help and was the only one who thought to go to higher ground-- and no one would follow me . . . )
So Patricia is apparently dead. Yet she's still walking around. Clearly it was one of those states I had dreams about myself being in before; she's a ghost and she can communicate with all of us, but she's on her way out. So Lisa and I are helping her make appointments at the Student Health Center (???) to try to get some medicine to fix this along with her lesion, because apparently one has become the more pressing issue, now, lol . . .
Anyway, it was very bizarre, because Patricia never actually did die, we just knew she would, and were slowly and rather mundanely trying to help her wrap up all the loose ends on earth. It wasn't very particularly emotional, because the entire world was just sort of pretty whacked-up-- I assume at some point I actually realized this was all a dream and would wake up, and just felt like continuing to sleep-- there were Death Eaters and Lord Voldemort running around murdering people on Wash U campus, which had not only fused to my house back home, but parts of Auschwitz from the movie last might, and, the whole thing, frankly, had grown rather ridiculous.
Lol . . .
