Delirious, But A Real Storm
Apr. 24th, 2007 06:48 pmI am so sick. I keep getting up to do stuff, bringing it over to my bed, and then I fall asleep again, and it's really delirious. There's the voices that start off soft and build until they're screaming in my ears. At one point I dreamed there was a fire alarm, and we all went out in the rain. It wasn't raining at the time; just sweaty and feverishly hot (it felt a perfect fit to my state).
I woke up, and about fifteen minutes later, there came a huge boom from above my head. I looked out the window, and was blinding by the falling rain. Lisa, Keith, and Henry came in from dinner and were soaked. It's kind of sad I can't really enjoy the storm.
I'm definitely not going to classes tomorrow. My head hurts so much I can barely plan.
. . . and now the lights are flickering, like the power's about to go out . . .
So much craziness.
