Today was packing, packing, packing. I'm almost done, but not quite. I did have one break during the day, and that was going off with Kristina to see Snakes on a Plane. Our verdict: "Riveting," "Quality Family Entertainment," and "Five Thumbs-- Or Four Thumbs And A Toe-- Up." Yeah, it was ridiculous . . .

I think we entertained ourselves more than the movie did. We rushed to Walmart, beforehand, and purchased: two $0.88 cheap plastic toy snakes, two bags of a chips and a bag of sunflower seeds, and a bottled water (the grand total came to a whopping $3.99, exactly-- oh, Walmart! Lol . . . ). We took some paper and drew a bow for one snake and a mustache for the other, and Kristina had drawn little name-tags, beforehand, labeled, "Hi! I'm Matilda!" and "Hi! I'm Bernie!" for them to wear. Then, during the movie, we coiled them up around one another (ooh, make-out row, mmm . . . lol . . . ) and taped our tickets to them to make it appear as if they came by themselves on a dinner-date to watch. We also labeled them, with a Post-It Note, "Muthafuckin' Snakes." You know, just in case there was any confusion . . .

Anyway, tomorrow is looking busy as hell:

9:00: Babysit the Hicks, for probably about an hour.
11:00/12:00-ish: Meet for lunch with Liz, and see a movie.
4:30: Take Neil to his track meet (aww, the little star of the Pinewood track team, lol . . . )
6:30: Hopefully get together with Jessica.

In the meantime, between all of those events, I have to:
1) Finish packing my main bins.
2) Pack a small bag that looks like a purse with certain necessary materials for certain stealthy operation.
3) Clean up my room.

There was sort of a brief scare with a tornado this evening, a massive storm cutting across part of Northern Indiana-- luckily, it swerved south of us and carried on towards Kokomo. Still, I called up my parents fitfully and panicked, hoping they weren't getting too close to the storm as they drove to South Bend for their dinner and evening out.

Alexandre's mother is absolutely adorable. "Is Amy still studying Japanese? Why is she not studying French???" She also ends every letter with "Bye bye!!!"

. . . and, because so many of my friends are from Indiana, I'm getting too many 20-year-old friends O.o

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ANU!!!
