OMG.

In Orchestra, we're playing:

An Outdoor Overture by Copland.

School orchesta, 10th grade, contest season: Our first year with Briddell. Reminds me of my story, and back in the day ^_^

The Kije Suite by Prokofiev.

YHO, 9th grade, first concert I ever played in the Youth Symphony ^_^ Reminds me of the Elco, and being sucky and weird back in the second violin section, the VERY BACK, lol . . .

. . . and that's it.

I DON'T HAVE TO PRACTICE!!!

Not that I would anyway, lol . . . the second violin parts for Kije (I play second now, just as I did then, lol . . . it's not even like "I played first before, as I play second now, so I cover both . . . ) are just "chucking" (ahh, Russian music, lol . . . ), and Copland isn't bad, isn't bad at all, especially when you've played it.

Ahh, these bring me back . . . I'm so energized ^_^ I love playing these things; happy times . . . good pieces, PLUS the element of memory . . . ahh . . . ^_^

I still think your slogan, Lisa, needs to be "I play men like I play my cello: between my legs."

. . . or it could be yours, Alice, Tiffany, or Liz.

Edit: I called Nichole and Kristina tonight. That makes me happy ^_^ I haven't talked to them in so long!
