I fell over laughing several times today. The first time was when I saw the message Keith wrote on my alter-ego's wall on Facebook. Then it happened at least two other times.
The guy who wrote our reading for Crossing Borders is an ignoramus. I know more about Japan than he does, at least when it comes to inherent culture. He's like *business* and thinks that's it . . . like *so confused because they don't do things the same because they're exactly the same, even though they have different cultures.* Sure, Japan and America and the West are fundamentally the same, but they still have very different cultures that shape and define them. Oh well . . . I'm sure there's some point to this that I'm not getting, or whatever . . . but still . . .
