A Summer Day

It's today! Lol . . .
I missed the sunrise, however, sleeping in until 10:30 am, as I stayed up until 12:30 the night before (I still haven't gotten over Tiffany's slumber party in my schedule, lol . . . ).
Today was a good summer day. Tory's friend Sarah (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
palatier) came up, and we ran a blackberry walk (they're starting to get ripe!), went to Tom's for some cheap candy (always a good thing ^_^), made nachos and shared them with Chris next door, and then went tubing with Chris. I even went, and I made it all the way around the lake without dropping off once, and I even tried to fight back at Tory as we went. I only fell off because I MADE myself-- because I felt the bottom of my two-piece bathing-suit falling off, lol . . .
I sang "Girl Fight" as Tory and I went at each other. It was quite fitting, lol. Sarah was really good at tubing; for a second-timer, she held on very, very well, lol, even almost being flipped upside down . . . and getting bruised from when a rope whacked her in the noise and gave her whiplash, ouch . . .
Now, it's Sloppy Joes for dinner . . . how summery ^_^
I feel very satisfied and content right now.
Sorry if you really wanted to do something with me today, Tiffany, but, I promise, we'll hook up tomorrow, unless things go terribly, horribly, and utterly wrong.
I need to talk to a lot of people. I want to see a lot of people. Talk to me online, all of you. I cannot call you, as I am not only afraid of phones, but, on top of that, I am at the lake, where the phone calls are long-distance, lol . . .
