I looked like Princess Leia today. Well, I still do. I have my hair up in little braided buns, and my hair is brown, so there you go.

They played the ad again. This time, however, they explained it (ie there was a take of Brock explaining that he was an abused dog, in case you didn't get it, and then a shot of the others selling candy repeatedly to each other)-- which made it go on for an hour and a day. Seriously, the announcements ended up twenty minutes long, like they were back in their heyday my sophmore year-- only back then they were FUNNY.

Well, I still laughed at this. Yet it was a guilty, trying-to-hide-it-but-I'm-laughing-AT-you-not-with-you way . . .

*Sigh* It keep me young, I guess . . . lol . . .

There was a pencil incident. Robert wanted to throw his pencil into the ceiling so that it would get stuck in the foamboard tiles, but Mrs. Kasa said if he did, she'd write him up. So then Alex cunningly (ha ha) suggested she go print out the Grendel packets that no one had. Mrs. Kasa went, but with the threat that if she saw any pencils in the ceiling when she got back, Robert was going to be written up.

Drew and Andrew promptly stand on their desks and begin throwing pencils at the ceiling (quite unsuccessfully, I might add, lol . . . ).

Eventually, Drew got up on Mrs. Kasa's desk and stuck the pencil in the ceiling. She came back just as the bell rang and looked above Robert's desk, where there was no pencil. He showed his pencil, just for extra proof. We all had to leave, because the bell had just rung, but we all lingered outside the door to wait for her to see the pencil. She did, but she took it well, lol . . .

That was quite funny, anyway . . . lol . . .

I never know how to explain everything that happens in Improv, lol . . . there was plenty of funny stuff, but most of it is "you had to be there" sort of things. There was a lot of presidential-bashing today, seeing as how we played "World's Worst" and one of the topics was "Presidential Candidates" . . . but I think Bush got more bashes than anyone else, lol . . .

We also played Award Ceremony, where someone has to guess who they are by what questions people ask them (which contain hints . . . ie if someone was Elton John, you might ask him if he prefers his pianos plain or with rhinestones). The person for one time was "Dan O'Brien," and, as Dan sat in the audience, the kid had to guess he was him. I started sort of a bad twist on it, though, when I asked the boy, "Are the allegations that there was some inappropriate behavior going on with you and Rob Teall backstage in the last production?" I thought it was funny, but not too bad . . . but theater people get dirty . . . even when Brock and Andrew aren't there (Brock was sick or something and Andrew showed up for a minute and then quit . . . stupid boy . . . I think I may yell at him . . . I have never yelled at Andrew . . . but, honestly, why?) . . . so there were suddenly all these questions about illicit affairs with Brock and being messed up after his "groin accident" in Guys and Dolls. Yeesh . . .

There is a girl in Improv who kind of reminds me of Christina. She looks like her when she was younger (same hair color, glasses, etc), and her voice sounds similar. Lol, I don't even hear Christina's voice that much, but it's rather distinctive, or at least I remember it or something. Now, the creepy part is that this girl really likes to write, too. It's nothing to be ashamed of; she's quite nice, and is pretty decent at the whole Improv thing, too. Anyway. Christina has a minion-clone. Little Christinas are unleashed upon the world . . .
