A BLUE Dragon Lies Beneath!

My inner dragon is the Water Elemental dragon. If there ever was a draconic example of a supple attitude, my inner dragon is it. Just sit back and go with the flow. *contented sigh* Click the image to try the Inner Dragon Online Quiz for yourself.
So today was fun, the last bit, at least. I woke up to Mom shovelling the driveway (the, what, 2 feet of snow???) and decided to stay in bed until she was done. I messed with my debate a little bit, since I needed to. I practiced my violin rather unsuccessfully for about an hour. I read A LOT of Babbitt; it got finally really interesing, and I got a whole new list of books to read after 1950 that my mom's friend the AP English teacher sent her when she asked, and he even knows which ones tend to appear on exams ^_^ so this is good . . .
Then I went over to Tiffany's, since the whole going-up-to-the-lake-and-ice-skating thing didn't work out . . .
We are geniuses (I almost spelled "geniuses" wrong there . . . lol). We plotted out a whole major scene for our potential book-- I so should have done THAT as a screenplay, lol . . . perhaps if I have time . . . but, then again, it involves at least 7 people . . . we did a pretty good job acting them out all at once with three of us, but that's hard to show on tape . . .
It was the newer one we've been brainchilding for some time now, based on some other stuff we've done. It's not Hemsley, but Hemsley's more ambitious, longer, and, seeing as how it takes place NOW, it's harder to get a thematic perspective on it, since half of the stuff hasn't happened yet, lol . . . I mean, we didn't even know about the tsunami until that happened, and look how important that is!
Lol, "didn't even know about it until it happened . . . " Ah, life, and the absence of divination and foresight . . .
Okay, I have nothing more really left to say.
