So it's that bittersweet time of the summer when I've started having dreams about school. (It's always a few weeks afterward). Last night it was moving into dorms; for some reason, the dorms weren't open yet, so we had to live in makeshift two-person rooms with people who weren't really our roommates. I remember then watching a movie in the dream, lol . . . It's really not the dream itself that's the value, it's just the seeing everyone again, etc . . .

Though, in its defense, it was kind of a very meta-dream, because there was symbolism about me dreaming about it, symbolism in the changing of location . . . this all ties into my writing. Yeah . . .

What Makes You a Good Friend?

I actually don't really mind complainers all that much. Maybe it's because I am one. (And perhaps all complainers, we must realize, are not necessarily always asking for a direct solution. Sometimes they just want support. Sometimes they just want someone to listen, even totally passively. It's not really that much to get frustrated about on the other end; even if you feel useless, you might not be, as long as you're patient . . . ).

Then again, maybe I just have endless patience. I'm starting to surprise myself, in regards to that, actually . . . Though endless patience could be a flaw just as much as impetuousness.
