Tornado Watch until 10:00 am (my first class)!

Heavy/severe thunderstorms all morning, yet 70 degrees out.

*Big grin.*

Japanese main section was supposed to be cancelled for today, as it was, and then I passed by the subsection classroom on the way to the computer lab and saw a sign on the door noting that was cancelled, too. So I'm classless until 4:00! I might go back to my room-- though it's raining. (The Tornado Watch expired; it's just a Flood Watch, right now).

I'm slightly disappointed we didn't get to do today's CC. I had it pretty darn down! What they'll probably do is make it part of tomorrow's lesson, which is annoying because when we have two, no matter how easy, I never have both of them down-- but, well, benkyou shite mo nani shite mo itsumo CC ni yowai nee. Shikataganai.

(I do wonder slightly why we have a cancellation, though. I hope something bad hasn't happened!)

My first instinct of course is to do more work, but I'd have to go back to my room to get anything of use, and I'd be working pretty far ahead as that were. I should re-read my Sociology of Education readings, perhaps, and work on memorizing the "Discussion Insights" for the quiz, but this won't take me long-- the real grade goodness will come in chatting my ass off in class tonight.

I think I'm going to work on my book for a bit, go back to my room, work on my book a bit some more, perhaps play around with some study abroad applications, futz around, and then order my boots.

Edit (12:12 pm): Okay . . . so class is cancelled for Friday, too; I just got an email-- and not from a Japanese professor, from somebody official. That's weird . . . um . . .

Edit (1:15 pm): I really want to see 300 now because of this. Lol . . .

I ordered my boots: Pink Cupcake Party. They come the fastest ^_^

Edit (5:42): My last class got let out totally early, too. THIS IS AMAZING!!!
