We discussed Black Rain today in Japanese Literature, and while talking about the shock of what had happened, Professor Copeland asked us to visualize walking back to our dorms today and having a "new weapon" dropped on St. Louis.
So Kiwi, Jessy, Jenny, and I walk out of class to find a smokey haze over everything, including some floating ash. We wandered around trying to find where it was coming from, but we had no idea. It was kind of creepy . . .
That being said, if something did blow up or catch on fire, or if we are all going to be struck with a bizarre new disease which will kill us slowly over the course of a few days, I have got no time to worry about it because I have got a Japanese Writing Midterm Examination tomorrow that I have got to study for!
