tabular_rasa: (Fuck!)
Well, it's limbo-time, everyone: The limbo between everyone starting to leave and me leaving, the limbo between my parents taking off to come get me and actually arriving here (seven hours, ahh!), the limbo between having started packing and still yet having to finish (yet I'm pretty damn close! I just have to use my towels and toiletries and bedding and such tonight-- and I'm holding off onto the very last minute to pack my computer, too, for obvious reasons, lol :-P)-- heck, it's even limbo between exams!

( . . . or why not even the limbo between everyone else having turned 19 and me still being 18? It's seeming longer than usual, this year . . . oh, and, by the way, though she doesn't even read this: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MICHELLANNE!!!)

Anyway. Limbo.

The Philosophy exam turned out taking longer than I expected. I'm not sure if that's a good sign, or not; I wrote a lot, especially considering how little I wrote for my Introduction to Political Theory II examination, lol . . .

I have Psychology in a little less than an hour, but, at this point, actually, I have a B+ according to the grades on Telesis, and I highly doubt I'll get anything good enough to get that better than a B+, no matter what score I get . . . I'll need to get like an A (or, maybe, maybe, maybe, a high B/B+) on it to get like an A/A- in the class, and, well, considering it's cumulative, and I hate the brain anatomy and sensation/perception modules/units, that's certainly not happening, lol . . .

(Oh, 96% on the unit of which I loved, how I adore you so . . . you saved my life, at the very least, lol . . . Sometimes I can't believe Psychology is a subject. Stuff like Abnormal and Social I would just read for fun, anyway . . . "This is work?" . . . )

Anyway, the other limbos are sadder (gee, I haven't updated in a while, have I? I've been too busy spending some long last time with my friends, here! )-:). I've mostly been hanging out with Keith and Henry the past few days-- Lisa and Patricia have seemed more keen on studying than any of have O.o. I've helped with packing and packed all my own stuff. Last night, Keith, Henry, Lisa, and I finally got around to eating that chicken seafood gumbo we got for Keith for his birthday (shit, Patricia, we forgot to do the candles! O.o)-- which looked like vomit but tasted really good :-P We ate a bag of sun chips between us, and then went to Bear's Den and ate (the ultimate chicken taco; they never believe me! Lol . . . ) there, too. Wow, lol . . . Then we came back and watched Kung Pow and all fell asleep to it-- nobody was really in the mood, sadly. Later, Lisa, Patricia, and Henry had to go study, so Keith and I played piano for a little bit and then walked to BearMart to use up the last of his meal points (he ended up with one cent's worth of points left on his card! That's mad skills . . . ). Then we joined up with Henry again and scrubbed our doors with nail polish remover to get the stains off (it was hard work, man!). After that, we all hung out until the wee hours of the morning in Lisa and Patricia's room-- with Patricia, this time-- and just . . . talked. Miche came in, we talked about the stripper book (lol . . . ), and wished her happy birthday when it became her birthday, at midnight . . . then we all had to go to bed.

I only slept about five hours (yeah, bad, on an exam day, but, well, screw it!), or so, because Carol had to wake up for her exam at about 6:45, and I wanted to wish Keith off anyway. I helped him carry his stuff down-- because he had evil luggage of doom-- to the clock tower and waited for him for the taxi. So that was goodbye, for Keith :-(

There was breakfast in the common room, and so I brought Patricia a lemon poppyseed muffin, because she likes them so very oh-so-much, and, pretty soon after that, she had to leave, too :-(

As I was trying to take a nap before my tests, Anu came in and said goodbye, too. He just apparently walked up and down the hall and said goodbye to everybody. Later that day (um, er, today? Lol . . . ), however, he pushed me really hard as I walked down the hall by him, lol . . . Erm, goodbye, Anu? :-(

So Henry is here until possibly tonight or tomorrow morning, Michellanne is here until I leave, and Lisa and Carol afterward.

I am going to miss everybody so much . . . yeah, I'm a whiner . . . and I'm sentimental . . . meh :-P

I was never very good at the limbo, actually, lol . . .
