Cosplaying At Improv
Apr. 11th, 2006 10:44 pmAww, man, Improv practice was great tonight.
First, we took series upon series of crazy photographs for posters for our April 20th show (which, as it is the last show of the year, and will show videos of Prank Week, everyone should come attend!!!). Peter had brought all of his materials from Prank Week, Danny brought his friend's awesome-and-a-half light saber (it actually goes up as it turns on . . . as in, the light actual glows as if it is starting up!), and I brought over plenty of costumes: the Regulus/Death cloak, the Little Red Riding Hood cloak Tiffany had just made me, a plaid skirt, black tank top, and white dress shirt, that could be construed into a slutty schoolgirl outfit (yeah, I work well with that one, lol . . . ), my black thigh-highs with the bows on them (to go along with the schoolgirl outfit, most likely, lol . . . ), my bathing suit (I was thinking more for some guy's random use, just to be silly, not my own, but Peter kept trying to get me into it, lol . . . ), my Harry Potter scarf, my Wicked witch hat, and my prom dress.
Let's just say: there are some photos (about 50% of them, and Peter had an insane obsession of photographing me . . . I'm just so corruptible! Lol . . . ) that I do not want on a public domain online, for fear of job-hunters later on down the road, lol . . . I asked him to okay the posters with me before printing/posting them, too, lol . . .
( This Will Ruin It If You Go To Wash U, So Don't Read It If You Do, Or, If You Do And You Want To, At Least Then Don't Expect Or Pretend To Be Surprised, Later On . . . )
Anyway, I was so on at that rehearsal. We should cosplay as a warmup so much more often, lol . . .
I did some awesome characters and just felt very in tune with myself. There were only four people, so that helped, too, I think-- and there will be four, tomorrow, too, at our show, so I hope I can help totally make it rock! Woot!
(Why does my AIM fucking piss me off??? WHY DOESN'T IT LOAD??? I WANT TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT ALL OF THIS BUT I SUSPECT A GREAT AMOUNT OF THEM ARE ALREADY ASLEEP OR NOT WANTING TO TALK TO ME SO I AM FAIRLY SURE I WOULD NOT WANT TO JUST GO RANDOMLY KNOCK ON THEIR DOORS!!!)
