I made it through four rounds of the Debate tournament: I won two, lost two-- that's one more win than any of my other teammates. I'm quite proud of myself. I mean, it's nothing to show for anyone, but still . . . I'm proud of it . . . considering me . . .

I then practiced my solo with the accompaniest (who is Tory's, too, so I didn't even have to call! Haha! Take that, evil phones of doom! I am so happy! I am so relieved! Lol . . . ). I played it really slowly, and with the accompaniment keeping me steady and not frantic, it sounds nice-- not perfect, but nice.

Then I finally got Jessica and Tiffany up at the lake to skate. Jessica was born to skate, sheesh . . . she was better than me and it was her first time!

Though it might have had something to do with that the FIRST time we went out, Neil had stolen my skates (yes, MY skates) and I had to wear my skates from like a LONG time ago that where THREE sizes too small as opposed to just one, like my regular skates. Jessica wore my mom's; Tiffany had her own, which is half the reason we did it, since she wanted to break them in.

We all fell down at one time or another. Jessica dove for the penguin hat before Tiffany snatched it away and so then it was just a body-dive slam thing on the ice, lol (and, Jessica, apparently my dad saw that . . . lol . . . lucky you . . . ). I fell over backwards at one point, and Jessica was RIGHT there, and my skate swung up . . . and IT SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME BECAUSE I THOUGHT I HAD HIT HER IN THE FACE. I had-- but it had turned out that it had just knicked her in the chin, and she was just turning red and bleeding the tiniest little bit. I thought I had like cracked open her chin or slashed across her face or something. Still, IT SCARED ME TO DEATH. You do NOT want to get hit in the face with a skate . . .

IT HURT LIKE HECK TAKING THOSE THINGS OFF, THOUGH . . . Tiffany's weren't so bad, but Jessica and I were like hopping around, feet on fire, screaming in pain . . . it was pretty funny . . .

We all need to learn not to be so compulsive about making darn scrambled eggs.

We had fun later, too-- though we never did end up watching those movies . . . ah well--playing . . . Tiffany's whole chicken walk as the freaky butler, lol . . . particularly when he got . . . erm . . . happy . . . cushion . . . *cough*

"Cleavage!" *BLUSH AND SCREAM*

"Snow beast."

Ahh . . . fun times, fun times . . .

I now have to go to Youth Honors Orchestra. Tiffany is picking me up in a little bit. I saw her like, what, two hours ago? Lol . . .

I haven't slept well in the longest time. I am going to have to go to bed at about 9:00 tonight, lol . . .

At least this next week won't be so BUSY . . .
